Carol Xuemei Zhang has extensive experience in all major areas of US immigration law and naturalization law. Ms. Zhang is particularly experienced in employment-based immigration from temporary work visas including H-1B for professionals, L-1 for intra-company transferees for multinational companies, and E-2 investors to permanent alien labor certification, national interest waiver, and aliens of extraordinary ability. Ms. Zhang has helped numerous satisfied clients obtaining permanent residence through family relationships. Ms. Zhang also serves as counsel for U.S. employers and multinational corporations, advising them on their immigration matters and related business operations.
Ms. Zhang is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and American Immigration Lawyers Association. Ms. Zhang’s academic credentials include Juris Doctor from Georgia State University, Ph.D. in Mass Communication, Master in TESL from Bowling Green State University, and Bachelor’s degree in English from Xi’an Foreign Languages University.
