Job Description:
This position is for a professional who is passionate about immigration law and someone looking for personal and professional growth. Responsibilities include maintaining a full caseload of primarily employment-based matters with a focus on O-1, NIW and EB-1 petitions; working with clients to gather case information, drafting petition letters, responding to request for evidence, and other agency actions.
Job requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited U.S law school with admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state;
- Self-motivated to take initiative, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines;
- Bilingual: Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Ability to multi-task and manage case load under tight deadlines
- Commitment to client relations
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to work in a team and work independently under limited supervision
- 2 + years of experience in L-1, O-1, NIW and EB1 petitions desirable
